Rules
The Vista Oaks MUD has established several rules to control authorized access to district water and wastewater resources. Rule No. 1 prohibiting the unauthorized use of water, and Rule No. 2 prohibiting the unauthorized drilling and installation of utility pipes, are both available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.

Order Levying Taxes
Vista Oaks MUD’s Order Levying Taxes as adopted on September 9, 2019 is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
This is the vote on the property tax for the current year. It sets the rate and authorizes the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector to collect the tax on behalf of the district.
